A no-smoking policy is operated.

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the house is used for holiday purposes only and that the number of people in your party is limited to a maximum of six people.  

​

Losses, damages and breakages should be advised as soon as possible so that repairs or replacements can be made in time for the arrival of the next visitors.  We would normally expect payment of the costs involved, except where the failure is due to fair wear and tear.

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the premises.

​

The property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  

​

We reserve the right to enter the premises at any reasonable time for any purpose which we consider necessary (i.e. repairs/maintenance or concern about the safety of the building or guests.

​

Gas, electricity and heating oil are covered in the overall charge, However, in the event of excessive usage we reserve the right to make an additional charge either at time of departure or by invoicing the cost at a later date.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your use during your stay.

​

​

An initial deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable four weeks prior to the date of arrival.
