The two reception rooms are furnished as a living room and sitting room.
In addition to the dining table and chairs, the living room has soft seating for six people and is where guests tend to spend most of their time. This room is also equipped with a Freeview TV, DVD player, wireless router and Hi-Fi.
The sitting room is a most peaceful place to relax and read, although there is also Freeview TV, DVD player and a Play Station.
This room, along with the bedrooms, are part of the original house with very thick walls giving a cosy feel.
The kitchen has everything you would expect at home:

Our Conservatory is the ideal place to whyle away the time with stunning views over the loch and the hills of Hoy.
The property boasts a family bathroom and a shower room, both on the ground floor.
The 3 light and airy bedrooms comprise of two twin rooms and one double with one of the twin rooms being on the ground floor.
