Orkney Self Catering Accommodation
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the house is used for holiday purposes only and that the number of people in your party is limited to those listed on the booking form.if you wish to increase the size of your party, you should advise us, as it may be possible to provide additional beds for which there may be a small charge.
Losses, damages and breakages should be advised as soon as possible so that repairs or replacements can be made in time for the arrival of the next visitors. We would normally expect payment of the costs involved, except where the failure is due to fair wear and tear.
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the premises.
No pets are allowed.
A no-
The property will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10am on the day of departure. Other times can be arranged if necessary.
We reserve the right to enter the premises at any reasonable time for any purpose which we consider necessary (I.e. Repairs/maintenance or concern about the safety of the building and/or guests.
Gas, electricity and heating oil are covered in the overall charge, However, in the event of excessive usage we reserve the right to make an additional charge either at the time of departure or by invoicing the cost at a later date.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
An Orkney grocery pack can be provided at a cost of £20. It includes mainly local
produce -
A cot and high chair can be provided if required.
An initial deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable four weeks prior to the date of arrival.
