Normal access to the property is on a Saturday at 16:00 (4pm.) and guests are expected to vacate the building at 10:00 (10am.) the following Saturday. While we prefer to adhere to this arrangement during peak periods, we are happy to consider alternatives during the low season or cancellations. Please contact us to discuss.

Regarding the financial arrangements, we ask for a deposit of  25% payable when booking, and the balance four weeks prior to arrival. Currently we do not have the facility to accept credit cards and request payment be made by cheque.

In order to provide as clean an environment as practical - free of odours and allergens, we do not permit smoking or pets in the property.

Availability

  As a welcome, we provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar, Orkney fudge and a selection of biscuits.

In addition, on request, we offer you an ‘Orkney Grocery Pack’ comprising mainly of local produce, charged at cost, i.e. £20.00 - payable on arrival.
